Student Supplemental Transportation Services

Richland County School District Two in Columbia, South Carolina, is seeking student supplemental transportation services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of safely and reliably transporting special needs, homeless, foster care, disabled, medically fragile, and other designated students. This service includes transporting students who live in neighboring counties to locations within the district. The selected provider must supply and maintain the necessary staff and vehicles to ensure on-time, reliable, and consistent transportation. Performance of the work will occur offsite. The agency requires USA-based organizations only to fulfill this contract. The contract period spans three years. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not provided a pre-set funding limit. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than June 11, 2026.
