Instructional and Special Education Contracted Services

The Waller Independent School District in Waller, Texas is seeking vendors to provide instructional and special education contracted services. The agency needs to enhance teaching and learning opportunities that support the district curriculum and campus improvement plans. The selected provider will deliver research-based literacy support and training for teachers, support the development of higher-level thinking skills, and assist in the development and use of varied assessments. The scope of work covers direct and indirect special education instructional and related services according to each student's Individualized Education Program. These services include speech-language therapy, vision and hearing services, physical therapy, adapted physical education, behavioral support, music therapy, counseling, orientation and mobility, and in-home training. The agency also requires the development of expertise related to sheltered instruction and cooperative learning opportunities, as well as customer service training aligned to the organization's culture. The selected vendor must provide materials to engage students, specifically focusing on drop-out prevention, educational motivation, and inspiration through literacy and role-playing. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. The resulting contract period will run for one year.
