Employment Training Curriculum and Mentoring Training Service

The Utah government authority is seeking a vendor to develop and provide high-quality employment training curriculum and mentoring training services. The agency aims to improve the delivery and effectiveness of competitive integrated employment supports and customized employment supports. This initiative addresses the need for comprehensive processes that increase access to competitive integrated employment and enhance community integration for individuals during day support programs and other waiver services. The scope of work requires the development of specific job coach training skills tailored for employment specialists, job coaches, families, and service employees. The selected vendor must deliver strategies for obtaining, maintaining, and advancing in competitive integrated employment, as well as supports for individuals at risk of losing employment. The project also covers assistive technology training for workplace accommodations, person-centered planning, and the integration of natural supports to reduce the need for job coaching over time. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency allows the work to be performed offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online. While the agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost, all clarifying questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
