Compliance and Training Services

The government authority located in Ohio is seeking expert compliance and technical assistance services for affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HOME, NSP, and RAD. The agency needs consulting services that provide guidance, recommendations, training, comprehensive communication support, and educational tools. This initiative aims to assist Touchstone staff in reviewing and understanding all funding source documentation and partnership agreements related to compliance obligations. The selected vendor must provide guidance and training on updated rules and regulations for LIHTC, RAD PBV, HOME, NSP, PBRA, NHTF, OHTF, OHFA, NSPIRE, and other applicable programs. The scope of work also requires the completion of monthly vouchering for each RAD property by the tenth of each month. All performance of the work will occur offsite. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals from bidders.
