.Net Engineer Consulting Services

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to provide .Net engineer consulting services to support its application development and operational needs. The agency requires assistance with system analysis, coding, application enhancement, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, deployment support, integration work, data migration, and technical advisory services. Specific focus areas include the New Application Unit web application, related web applications, APIs, integrations, support tools, the Electronic Summonsing Application Portal, and the Upload Portal. The agency needs to migrate its current SharePoint app-only authentication to the Microsoft Graph API. The scope of work also covers enhancing existing features and developing new functionality within the web application. Additionally, the selected partner must assist with data migration, integrate with other applications, and support the web method integration portfolio. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in the United States. The agency will allow the selected vendor to perform all work offsite.
