The issuing agency is seeking website redesign, development, implementation, and migration services using WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The agency needs to plan, design, develop, and launch a modern, accessible, and user-focused public website that aligns with its strategic priorities and refreshed brand direction. This project aims to improve how residents, partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders access public health information, programs, and services. The scope of work covers website strategy, information architecture, user experience design, and the discovery, research, and review of the current website and user needs. The selected vendor must design and develop a responsive, accessible, and easy-to-navigate website, configure and implement the content management system, and integrate required tools, features, and third-party platforms. The agency requires the website solution to be bilingual-ready, supporting English and French content publishing with a specific approach for priority French-language pages. The project requires expertise in user experience, design, development, accessibility, content organization, and security and performance testing. The agency will share support for content migration but will retain responsibility for content review, prioritization, and approval. Bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
