Website Redesign, Hosting and Web Content Accessibility Service

The Village is seeking a vendor to provide website redesign, setup, hosting, and web content accessibility services for its existing website. The agency needs a complete solution that includes the website, the design, and the data. The primary problem the agency is trying to solve is ensuring full compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) through an ADA-compliant website design. The scope of work covers website hosting within the United States, as well as the purchase, transfer, or renewal of the existing domain name. The selected vendor must provide unlimited updates for text changes, search engine optimization, and ongoing United States-based technical support and website maintenance, which includes transferring existing content. The project also requires the creation of an ADA-compliant mobile version of the website, firewall protection, unlimited training for Village staff, and optional security recommendations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of the project.
