The final two groups require both on-site and remote Communication Access Real-time Translation to deliver nearly verbatim, word-for-word instant translation of spoken words into written text using stenotype machines or notebook computers and real-time software. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite.
