The requested scope of work covers comprehensive system functionalities to manage human resources and payroll operations. The system must alert users to key dates, record and authorize leave, calculate real-time leave balances, and perform equality and diversity reporting. It must also record disciplinary and grievance cases, allow staff to self-update personal details, and automatically notify internal stakeholders about starters and leavers. The system must calculate leave entitlements in both hours and days, manage time off in lieu with defined caps, and run monthly payrolls for various working patterns. It must transfer key information like sickness and overtime from the human resources system to the payroll system, prepare salary budgets, and allow custom fields to be added. The agency requires the system to hold all data necessary to run an efficient payroll service. Only United Kingdom organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity.
