Case and Contract Tracing Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a case and contact tracing platform to support its operations. The required solution must be at a Technology Readiness Level greater than seven, which means the technology is completed and qualified through tests and demonstrations. Additionally, the platform must have completed all required clinical validity and utility studies and must not require policy changes to be widely adopted. The agency requires all data and artificial intelligence models to be hosted in Canada in compliance with all Canadian privacy regulations. The platform must possess all regulatory approvals required for commercialization, such as Health Canada approval, and must demonstrate strong use cases in the Canadian healthcare system. Only organizations based in Canada are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
