Enterprise Technology Platforms

The issuing agency is seeking one or more integrated enterprise technology platforms to support core fire service operations, administration, and analytics. The service area encompasses a complex operational environment including dense urban neighborhoods, established residential, growing suburban, and wildland-urban interface areas. The agency needs to solve critical challenges regarding limited system integration, inconsistent reporting, data reliability issues, duplicative work, and declining vendor support responsiveness. The requested scope covers platforms for records management, learning management, staffing and scheduling, personnel and performance management, asset and inventory management, prevention and inspection workflows, and robust data analytics. Bidders must demonstrate API-based integration capability, support data exchange across systems, reduce duplicate data entry, and integrate with existing public safety systems like payroll and GIS. The agency requires detailed evidence of integration capabilities, including sample API documentation, descriptions of data exchange methods, and API rate limits. Eligible bidders must be onshore and located within the United States only. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposed budgets within the submissions.
