Salesforce Implementation Services for Grants, Incentives and Operations Management

The Louisiana-based government authority in Baton Rouge is seeking a vendor to provide Salesforce implementation services for grants, incentives, and operations management. The agency aims to establish a secure, scalable, and compliant Salesforce-based solution that supports program operations, improves reporting and transparency, and builds a foundation for future growth. The system must scale to integrate with current and future software-as-a-service and proprietary applications, including Microsoft 365, monday.com, FastLane Next Generation, Outlook, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning. The scope of work requires discovery and requirements analysis, grants and incentives management, contract and document management, and post-implementation support. The selected vendor must design and document the solution architecture, including data models, security models, integration architecture, and environment strategy, subject to agency approval prior to configuration. Additionally, the project covers configuring Salesforce environments, sandbox and production environments, workflows, approvals, validations, dashboards, reports, and role-based access controls. The agency requires the design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integrations or equivalent Salesforce-approved integrations to support secure data exchange between Salesforce and external databases, systems, and partners. The project also entails recommending and implementing Salesforce artificial intelligence capabilities, such as Einstein or other cloud-approved AI features, to support prioritization, record insights, predictive analytics, and drafting assistance. Post-implementation support must include options for system enhancements, optimization, and backlog management for future improvements. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to take place offsite. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for this project.
