Third Party Administrator Services

The City of Houston is seeking a vendor to provide third party administrator services for builder's risk claims adjusting. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The contracted work will be performed entirely offsite. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to establish the cost of these services. The contract period will span three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to protect the city's financial interests through fair settlements and minimize project disruption.
