Group Dental Insurance Service

The Delaware government authority is seeking a vendor to provide group dental insurance services to its members. The program covers active and retired state employees, as well as employees and retirees from participating non-state groups, along with their covered spouses and dependent children. The selected provider must process and pay claims in a timely manner and support all program-related member communications, including open enrollment, direct mailings, and other media. The authority is also looking for the adoption of innovative solutions, such as technology engagement tools and virtual dentistry. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the contract work will take place offsite. The authority is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget. The authority will hold a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 12, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 15, 2026.
