Broker and Commercial Insurance Coverages Service

The agency requires professional insurance advice and brokerage services to secure reliable, comprehensive insurance coverages at the most reasonable cost. The selected broker will manage the marketing of the insurance risk plan, which includes organizing and presenting data to underwriters and obtaining agency approval on marketing plan documents before proceeding to the market. The scope of work also covers claims loss administration, risk finance invoicing, and insurance policy auditing. The broker must administer claim submittals to ensure proper team assignment and handle all premium invoicing. Additionally, the agency requires a comprehensive audit of existing insurance policies to evaluate coverage adequacy, limits, deductibles, retention levels, restrictions, warranties, concurrency, gaps, and the financial stability of insurers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the broker to perform all work offsite.
