Employee Benefits Plans Consulting Services

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia is seeking comprehensive consulting and brokerage services for its employee health benefits programs and health and wellness strategy. The agency requires a partner to develop a strategic planning framework and an annual benefits roadmap. This initiative aims to optimize the administration and delivery of various insurance and wellness programs for government employees. The scope of work covers medical and health plans, Medicare supplement plans, basic life insurance, and optional life insurance with portable coverage. The selected partner must also manage employee assistance program services, medical stop-loss coverage, and COBRA and HIPAA administration. Performance of these services may occur either onsite in Columbus, Georgia or offsite. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services.
