Claims Management Services

The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive claims management services and expertise for the adjustment of large or complex losses. This scope includes handling first-party damage as well as third-party liability and property damage loss adjustments. The selected provider must conduct loss investigations, perform damage assessments, carry out inspections, and obtain photographic evidence. The service provider must manage communications with claimants, insurers, and contractors while requesting and analyzing all necessary supporting documentation. The agency requires the evaluation of third-party claims, both direct and subrogated, which includes determining the reasonableness of repairs and assessing extra expenses for additional living expenses such as hotels, temporary rentals, food, and mileage. The provider will also negotiate claims as directed and maintain ongoing communication with the district through participation in requested meetings. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The designated work will be performed entirely offsite. The district is establishing a contract period of three years and is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
