Managed Care, PPO, and PBM Networks for Workers Compensation Services

The Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District is seeking a vendor to provide managed care, preferred provider organization, and pharmacy benefit manager networks for workers' compensation services. The agency requires a preferred provider organization network of hospitals, physicians, physical therapists, and other medical services to provide workers' compensation medical evaluations, disability determinations, disability rating examinations, and work-related injury or illness treatment. The designated provider must deliver case management and related services, as well as administer the fee structures for the preferred provider organization networks and the dispensing fees for the pharmacy benefit manager networks. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all contracted work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit pricing proposals as the agency has not disclosed a pre-determined budget for this procurement. The agency requires all clarifying questions regarding this procurement to be submitted no later than June 08, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select the provider that best meets the managed care, preferred provider organization, and pharmacy benefit manager network requirements.
