Emergency Medical Services for Billing, Claims Processing and Revenue Cycle Management

The issuing agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive emergency medical services billing, claims processing, revenue cycle management, reporting, analytics, and related collection coordination services. The agency needs a solution that supports operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, revenue integrity, transparency, and effective patient billing services. This initiative aims to solve the challenge of managing timely, accurate, and fully compliant processing of emergency medical services transport claims, including billing to Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurers, and self-pay accounts. The scope of work covers claim preparation and submission, payment processing and reconciliation, patient billing, and account follow-up. The selected vendor must coordinate with the city-designated debt collection agency, provide customer service, deliver analytics and reporting, and ensure compliance and regulatory assurance. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
