Graphic Design Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking graphic design support services to ensure corporate reports, annual reports, labour market reports, and one-off publications are clear, visually engaging, and accessible. The agency requires the design, development, creative copywriting, and production of creative concepts, content, and materials for corporate communications. The selected provider must deliver creative ideas for visual communication, design for print materials such as stationery, brochures, posters, and leaflets, and provide proofing services. The scope of work covers the design, typesetting, and formatting of English and Irish versions of reports, annual reports, and corporate plans to meet requirements under the Official Languages Act. The agency also requires design services for advertisements across video, online, radio, animations, digital audio, social media, video on demand, programmatic, and press platforms in both English and Irish. Additionally, the project includes designing for online presence, such as website layouts, website skins, digital advertisements, social media, and infographics, in compliance with the Web Accessibility Directive. The chosen provider must develop new brands, including logos, brand guidelines, and campaign assets, as well as design presentations and interactive applications. Eligible bidders must be onshore entities based in Ireland only, and the performance of the work must take place onsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
