Wayfinding Master Plan Design Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide turn-key planning and design services for the management, public input, design, and preparation of a full wayfinding package. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing existing signage and establishing a cohesive, permitted wayfinding system. The project covers an inventory of existing wayfinding, placement plans for proposed wayfinding, regulatory and safety signage design, stakeholder coordination, updated logo and branding, cost estimating, phasing, value engineering, and obtaining necessary construction approvals and permits. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to handle public and stakeholder input, inventory strategies, branding development, graphic design, installation detail design, lighting design, and private property coordination. The agency also requires project meetings and coordination, design development, permitting, and construction phase services. Performance of all contract work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
