Auditing Services

The City of Fort Pierce, Florida, requires the services of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements and those of its component units. The selected auditor will express an opinion on the fair presentation of the government's activities, business-type activities, aggregate discretely presented component units, major funds, and aggregate remaining fund information. This work must align with generally accepted accounting principles for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, with options to extend the services for each of the four subsequent fiscal years. The scope of work covers the financial statements for the specified fiscal year and requires the performance of all auditing tasks offsite. The contract period spans three years, and the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
