Executive and Physician Search Firms Service

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking contracts with established, qualified, and experienced retained executive search firms to support the institution in recruiting senior administrative, executive-level, and faculty leaders. The agency needs to solve the challenge of identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and presenting highly qualified candidates for critical leadership roles across multiple institutional departments. The scope of work covers recruitment services for areas including legal and compliance, marketing, not-for-profit and development, nursing administration, clinical administration, faculty leadership, facilities, finance, human resources, information technology, and research administration. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency requires the selected firms to perform all work offsite. The evaluation will be based on the proposals submitted by the firms, as the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and selection. The agency has scheduled an optional pre-bid meeting for June 8, 2026, to address preliminary inquiries. Bidders must submit all questions regarding the procurement no later than June 15, 2026. The agency will utilize the submitted proposals to evaluate the qualifications of the firms for the final contract awards.
