Independent Financial Viability Assessment Service

A government authority located in Texas is seeking an independent financial viability assessment service to evaluate conditional licensees. The authority needs these assessments to evaluate financial stability, operational sustainability, and risk exposure to support informed decision making, contract oversight, and program integrity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite. The scope of work requires the evaluation of audited financial statements, investor documentation, debt agreements, and revenue projections.
