Certified Energy Auditors Service

The City of Grand Rapids, Michigan, requires certified energy auditors to evaluate residential buildings for households qualifying for the weatherization assistance program. The selected contractor must assess health and safety issues, durability, comfort, and energy use in these homes. The agency is seeking professionals to conduct advanced diagnostic tests, gather and analyze data, create energy models, and compile their findings and recommendations into comprehensive reports. The project allows for both onsite and offsite performance of the work. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals and has not disclosed a specific budget.
