Independent Audit Services

The City of Philadelphia government authority is seeking an onshore, United States-based independent audit firm to conduct annual financial statement audits. The agency needs these audits for the Health Choices Program and Community Behavioral Health. The selected firm must perform all audit work offsite and in accordance with applicable professional standards. The scope of work requires the delivery of separate financial statements, audit reports, and related communications for the programs. The agency expects an independent auditor's opinion on the program financial statements, a management letter addressing internal control matters, and final audited financial statements. The firm must also provide periodic audit status updates to the agency throughout the duration of the engagement. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than May 29, 2026. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services.
