Code Audit Services

The City of Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking code audit services to develop updates to city standards and codes. The agency is attempting to implement recommendations from several of its existing transportation and safety policy plans. The selected contractor will perform all work onsite within the United States over a one-year contract period. The scope of work requires the delivery of a project management plan and schedule, an existing conditions and safety analysis memo, and a community engagement plan alongside an engagement summary. The agency also requires corridor vision, goals, and performance measures, concept alternatives and evaluation materials, and recommended conceptual designs. Finally, the project covers prioritized recommendations and an implementation framework, a project evaluation framework document, draft and final plan documents, and supporting memos and presentation materials. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal pricing to establish the budget. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 27, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 03, 2026.
