Passive House Utility Bill Reporting Services

The Boston-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide passive house utility bill reporting services. The agency needs to clean, aggregate, and analyze energy use intensity using Energy Star Portfolio Manager data, then allocate these costs to typical tenants based on rate classes and meter types. To support this analysis, the vendor must meet with building owners, review preliminary data, and collect survey results to gather additional building details. The scope of work requires compiling and providing utility bill data for two to three years post-occupancy of the new buildings. The agency expects the creation of a shareable dataset along with a brief report and presentation summarizing the findings. Performance of these services can occur either onsite or offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
