The scope of work requires coordination with municipal court staff regarding warrants, amnesty programs, payment plans, indigency determinations, community service, and case dismissals. The chosen provider must locate and skip-trace delinquent debtors using lawful sources and maintain accurate, auditable records of all collection activities, payments, and fees. Additionally, the agency requires monthly written reports for the municipal court clerk and finance director, alongside strict adherence to data security, confidentiality, and records-retention practices.
