Ticket to Work (TTW) Program Service

The Oregon Department of Human Services in Salem, Oregon is seeking a contractor to administer its Ticket to Work program. The agency needs to solve the challenge of tracking tickets, processing ticket claims, and maintaining consistent contact with program participants. To address this, the selected partner will operate as the administrative unit responsible for managing ticket assignments and tracking claims. The scope of work requires the contractor to make at least quarterly contact with assigned ticket holders to assess their ongoing service needs. The contractor must also train program partners on comprehensive program processes, procedures, and any updated federal regulations. Additionally, the partner will request and pay milestone-outcome payments for tickets tracked during the calendar year, and utilize generated revenue to expand individualized long-term employment support services. Eligible bidders must be organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the work to be performed either onsite in Salem or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract will span a period of ten years.
