Photography and Videography Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and videography services. The project covers senior portraits, individual pictures, class group pictures, and athletic portraits including team pictures. The selected provider must also capture special event photography for occasions such as band performances, choir performances, clubs, dance performances, and school dances like homecoming and prom. Additionally, the agency requires panoramic photographs of graduating classes and other large groups. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and pricing structure for these services. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than July 27, 2026.
