The City of Mesa, Arizona, is seeking a development partner with demonstrated experience in urban infill, public-private partnerships, and complex mixed-use or civic-oriented projects. The agency needs to solve the challenge of developing a mixed-use, multi-story building through a comprehensive property development service. The selected partner will handle the financing, construction, leasing, management, and long-term operation of the building. The scope of work covers site entitlements, site planning, design, permitting, and construction of the multi-story facility.
