The Housing Corporation of San Mateo, California, is seeking a property manager to manage three county-owned properties. The property manager must also establish and maintain the necessary bank accounts to guarantee appropriate accounting and segregation of funds. All contracted work will be performed offsite from the properties. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for these services.
