Real Fiber Property Valuation Services

The New York government authority is seeking a vendor to perform valuation and appraisal services for its fiber assets. The project also encompasses fiber added to co-location spaces and native fiber built or procured separately throughout the state of New York. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all valuation and appraisal work offsite.
