Collection Agency Services

The Texas government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive collection agency services for various outstanding debts. The agency needs to recover unpaid obligations owed by students, faculty, staff, vendors, and visitors. These obligations include emergency student loans, installment agreements, unpaid tuition and fees, parking citations, miscellaneous accounts receivable, and other unpaid accounts. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the collection work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial terms. Interested bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids to select a qualified collection service provider.
