Debt Management Services

The government authority located in Ireland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive debt management services. The agency needs to resolve a volume of historical and ongoing cases affecting multiple individuals spanning from the year 2000 through 2026. These cases vary in complexity, duration, and the level of engagement required to achieve resolution. The scope of work covers the issuance of invoices, reminders, final reminders, and demand letters to debtors. The selected service provider must conduct follow-up phone calls and may need to offer debtors multiple payment options, including partial payment plans, credit or debit card facilities, and automated or self-service payment options online or over the phone. Legal actions within the scope include drafting, issuing, and serving summonses, preparing and issuing affidavits of debt and judgment papers, obtaining judgments in the District, Circuit, and High Courts, and publishing those judgments. The agency also requires debt management consultancy services to obtain expert guidance, tools, and strategies for effectively managing, reducing, and recovering debt. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations located in Ireland. The performing vendor must conduct all work offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services.
