Medical and Safety Supplies

The City of Buda, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide medical and safety supplies. Alongside these supplies, the agency requires a comprehensive review and update of its Project Based Voucher policy, processes, workflows, and forms. The selected provider will generate reports on efficiency improvements, evaluate contract compliance, conduct assessments of the program team, and assist with landlord recruitment and education. The scope of work also includes technical assistance for Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing award implementation, staff training on system changes, and on-call technical assistance as needed. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely within the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 22, 2026.
