Medical Grade Oxygen Exchange and Rental Emergency Services

The City of Winston-Salem, North Carolina requires a vendor to provide medical grade oxygen exchange and rental emergency services. The agency needs to maintain a reliable supply of emergency oxygen cylinders to support its operations. The selected provider will perform all work offsite within the United States, as eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations. The scope of work requires the exchange of an average of forty-five "D" cylinders, two "M" cylinders, and four "H" cylinders per delivery. The provider must supply an additional fifty percent of each cylinder size per delivery to accommodate periods of higher usage. Additionally, the agency requires the pickup, inspection, testing, and filling of eighty-one "D" cylinders from 911 East Fifth Street, with all cylinder exchanges occurring on a one-for-one basis. The contract term spans a period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 11, 2026.
