The Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a vendor to provide first aid kits, cabinets, and related services. The authority requires first aid supplies delivered in original, sealed, tamper-evident packaging, with bulk items labeled with the manufacturer name, lot number, and expiration date. Stocked items must carry a guaranteed shelf life of at least twelve to eighteen months upon delivery. The scope of work covers the onsite delivery of supplies and the provision of a comprehensive product list for direct purchase by eligible agencies. Requested inventory includes nitrile gloves, adhesive bandages, gauze, dressings, cohesive wraps, medical tape, alcohol prep pads, antiseptic wipes, antibiotic ointment, anti-itch cream, burn gel and cream, hydrocortisone cream, and burn dressings. The authority is currently looking for proposals to establish pricing, and all questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
