Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses Staffing Service

The East Hartford Public Schools district in East Hartford, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support student health services. The district needs to solve the challenge of managing the daily health and wellness of a diverse student population ranging in age from 3 to 22 years old. The scope of work requires nurses to monitor student health, administer medications, conduct wellness checks, and respond to various health-related needs during the school day. Nurses must also maintain accurate and timely health records and monitor student well-being during incidents involving restraint, seclusion, or other health-related interventions. All work must be performed onsite at district locations. Eligible vendors must be located onshore within the United States. The contract period will span one year, and the district is currently seeking proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
