Medical Surveillance Examinations and Occupational Health Services

The government authority located in Blackstone, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide medical surveillance examinations and occupational health services. The agency requires these services to monitor employee health through baseline and annual surveillance, fitness-for-duty evaluations, exposure-related exams, firefighter exams, and Department of Transportation physicals. To resolve these occupational health needs, the contractor must provide a Board-eligible or Certified Occupational Medicine Physician to conduct the job-related physical examinations and deliver consultation services. The scope of work covers performing vital sign checks, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, respirations, and temperature, on all personnel. The agency requires the contractor to perform all work offsite at the vendor's facility.
