Outpatient Addictions Treatment and Case Management Services

The issuing agency is seeking a US-based organization to provide outpatient addictions treatment and case management services for a contract period of one year. The agency requires a dedicated office space that can accommodate treatment groups of up to twenty-five participants, along with a separate, secure, private office for individual sessions. This facility must also include space for a small, locked refrigerator dedicated solely to storing drug screening urine samples and a restroom suitable for observing and collecting these samples. The staffing requirements mandate one counselor or case manager who will dedicate forty hours per week when the active participant caseload exceeds ten participants. If the active caseload falls below eleven participants, the counselor or case manager will dedicate twenty hours per week to the project.
