Pre-Arrest Evaluation, Intervention and Linkage Program Case Management Services

The government authority located in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a provider to deliver pre-arrest evaluation, intervention, and linkage program case management services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of diverting eligible individuals from arrest by connecting them to community-based resources and services. To achieve this, the selected provider must respond to law enforcement from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to accept warm hand-offs of all arrest diversions. The scope of work requires the provider to verify program eligibility, conduct intake assessments, deliver ongoing case management, and facilitate linkages to community resources. Additionally, the provider must purchase and maintain two dedicated vehicles for the program's use. Administrative duties include monthly invoicing with complete supporting documentation, communicating with the project manager and workgroups, training staff, administering participant evaluations, and entering accurate data into the case management database for timely delivery to the project manager. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
