Cyber Technology Services

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking Cyber Technology Services to support Information Technology Architecture, IT Development Operations, IT Security Operations, and Operations and Maintenance services. The agency needs to incorporate cyber security operations teams into the development process as early as possible to identify and reduce issues before they impact operations. This initiative aims to solve the problem of operational vulnerabilities by integrating defensive cyber concepts and securing network environments. The scope of work covers providing automation and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools to build and maintain consistent deployments and environments. The selected provider must also develop Defensive Cyber Operations concepts, manage Network Operations, and maintain Internet boundary and perimeter defense systems. Additionally, the agency requires securing and supporting other networks as they are identified. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. The authority is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed key dates or specific evaluation criteria in the initial solicitation.
