The government authority located in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive information technologies services. The agency requires a partner to manage its information technologies, support desktop applications, and administer servers, workstations, and networks. Additionally, the selected provider will handle cyber security administration, system security, firewalls, backup efforts, and on-demand response. The scope of work also encompasses computer equipment life cycle management, project management, software evaluation and management, and IT budget development. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite at its Madison location. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this initiative. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 3, 2026, to address initial inquiries. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 10, 2026.
