Air Charter Services

The Arizona government authority is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive air charter services. The agency requires aircraft capable of completing each trip nonstop between origin and destination under expected passenger, baggage, and environmental conditions. The contractor must plan and operate flights to land at the airport closest to the intended competition or lodging location, avoiding more distant airports without prior agency approval. The scope of work requires the contractor to accommodate variable roster sizes, staff counts, and sport-specific travel requirements by providing appropriately sized aircraft. The contractor must support late-night returns, weekend series, multi-leg itineraries, and operations at remote or non-commercial airports. To avoid unnecessary overnight lodging, the contractor must schedule departure times to support same-day returns immediately following competition completion, including late-night departures. The contractor must demonstrate the capability to operate into and out of regional, municipal, and non-commercial airports proximate to competition sites. Trip planning and aircraft selection must account for runway length, curfews, airport operating hours, and local operating constraints. Additionally, the contractor must provide complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi on all aircraft where available and disclose in advance any aircraft that do not offer this service. Eligibility is limited to onshore contractors located within the United States. Performance of the work will take place onsite.
