Shuttle Transportation Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide, operate, and manage two categories of scheduled shuttle transportation services in Baltimore, Maryland. The first category is an off-campus shuttle service providing scheduled transportation between the main campus, designated housing locations for residential students, and partner locations. The second category is the Eagle campus shuttle, which is an on-campus service utilizing University-owned vehicles to serve internal campus mobility routes. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid for this opportunity. The performance of the requested work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the cost of these services, which will be governed by a contract period of three years. The agency will host a virtual pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 11, 2026.
