Student Supplemental Transportation Services

Richland County School District Two in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide student supplemental transportation services. The agency needs to solve the logistical challenge of safely and reliably transporting special needs, homeless, foster care, disabled, medically fragile, and other identified students. This service includes transporting school district students who live in neighboring counties to designated locations within the district. The selected vendor must provide and maintain all necessary staff and vehicles to transport designated students in an on-time, reliable, and consistent manner. The scope of work requires the performance of all transportation services offsite. The agency is establishing a contract period of three years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit.
