Ridership Program Consulting Services

The Orange County Transportation Authority in Orange, California is seeking ridership program consulting services to develop, implement, and fund transportation programs designed to improve mobility and air quality. The agency requires a consultant to provide employer transportation survey and Average Vehicle Ridership (AVR) analysis, reporting, and RideGuide production. This initiative aims to identify opportunities for alternative modes of transportation, including carpooling, vanpooling, bus and rail transit, bicycling, walking, telecommuting, and driving alone. The selected consultant will implement an electronic survey process that eliminates paper surveys and manual data entry. The scope of work includes contacting employer representatives to schedule annual surveys, providing them with all necessary materials, and delivering customer service support throughout the survey collection process. The consultant must also provide ongoing transportation survey and AVR calculation support services. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work may take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. The contract period will span two years.
