Charter Bus Services

The government authority located in Denton, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide charter bus services. The agency requires all provided buses and equipment to be clean, in good working order, conforming to industry standards, and no more than eight years old. To ensure safety and compliance, the vendor must keep maintenance and cleaning records for each vehicle current and available for inspection by the university at all times. The scope of work requires all charter buses to be equipped with operable cellular telephones or two-way radios capable of communication with the vendor's dispatch office. Additionally, the agency requires all buses to feature clean, air-conditioned interiors, operable on-board lavatories, on-board Wi-Fi, and a DVD player with television monitors. The vendor must provide this equipment and maintain it in fully operable condition throughout the term of the contract. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency will allow the performance of the work to take place offsite.
